Russia was accused of supplying weapons to Afghan militants The Taliban has better weaponry in Afghanistan, which apparently was supplied by the Russian government, according to an exclusive video obtained by CNN that added weight to charges by Afghan and us officials that Moscow is arming his one-time enemy in the war-torn country.

US generals at first suggested that they were concerned that the Russian government is trying to arm Afghan fighters in April, but images from the battlefield, confirming these claims, were of poor quality. New two videos show sniper rifles, Kalashnikov heavy machine guns, which, according to experts-in-arms, devoid of any markings to determine their origin.

The Russian foreign Ministry declined to comment for this article, but has previously called the allegations that they are arming the Taliban "completely false" and stated that they intended to hide the failure of the United States in Afghanistan. They spoke exclusively with the Taliban to promote peace talks. General Joseph Thehotel, head of U.S. Central command, said in March at the Congress Committee that he believes that the Russians are seeking to influence in Afghanistan.

Afghan officials expressed their concern about contacts with the Taliban, who, according to officials of the coalition legitimize the rebellion.
