In St. Petersburg a scandal occurred at concert of Vladimir Kuzmin. Singer came to the stage on "Octobersky" concert hall in condition of string alcohol intoxication. Audience appealed to administration of concert hall, asking to explain "performance" of favorite singer. Administration promised to return tickets to audience displeased with behavior of singer.

Vladimir Kuzmin intended to present songs from his new album "Saint source" and also his old hits at stage of "Octobersky". NCA company that organized concert informed that everything was alright at first. Kuzmin arrived to Petersburg, settled in hotel "Octoberskaya" and headed to concert hall - to check sound.

In interval between stage check-up and concert performer went back to hotel, arriving before concert he shocked everybody. Kuzmin was so drunk that hardly could stand. Nevertheless, he came out to the stage.

Administration of Petesburg concert company heard about similar incident with Kuzmin in another town but never faced with such behavior of famous singer in person. Now further opportunity of co-operation is doubtful. More than half of audience (1500 people) who came to concert were also displeased, they came to administration and demanded money back for their tickets. Folowin note was made on their tickets and they can refund their money at ticket office of Big Concert Hall.
