Formula of happiness derived Scientists told that solved secret of happiness. Researchers insist that formula look the following way: Happiness= P+(5хB)+(3xH).

P stands for personal characteristics such as views on life, adaptation and stability.

B is being, that is health, financial stability, and friendliness.

H means high standards. This category includes self-appraisal, expectations, ambitions, and sense of humor.

This formula was derived after thousand of people were polled.

"Majority of people have no idea what happiness is. They think that happiness is lots of money, good car or large house. But those people who have all named above are not necessary more happy than those who just enjoy life".

Scientists that people succeeded in unhappiness by concentrating on negative sides of life.

Researchers found out that components of happiness differ for men and women.

40% of women declared that sex makes them happy, and 30% told with enthusiasm about victory of favorite sport team.

70% of women connect happiness with marriage, and 10% refer loss of weight to category of happiness.

It is surprising but romantic relationships are more important for men. As well as wage increase, total devotion to hobby.

Women like sunny weather more than men do.

Questions in which happiness is based:

1. How much are you open to world and changes, energetic and flexible?

2. Do you look at world positively, can you recover from misfortune fast and do you feel that life is under your control?

3. Are you main expectations referring to health, finances, security, freedom of choice realized?

4. Can you rely on help of relatives, devote yourself entirely to something and get impression of moving to goal?

Questions are estimated within 10-points scale: "1" - absolutely worng, "10" - exactly right.

Sum of points from 1 and 2 question gives index P. Answer on 3 question - index B; and answer on question 4 - index H.
