Colonel in retirement Vladimir Kvachkov intends to lodge complaint about protection of honor and dignity against the head of Russian "United Energy System" Anatoly Chubais. It should be mentioned that Kvachkov is accused of murderous assault on Chubais.

As lawyer of Kvachkov Oksana Mikhalkina informed, Chubais offended Kvachkov while participating in TV program. In particular, Chubais called Kvachkov the Fascist.

The lawyer emphasized that program with participation of Chubais was broadcasted on December 4, 2005 - the day of election, in which Kvachkov participated as candidate. "We will appeal to court after holidays", - said Mikhalkina.

Vladimir Kvachkov and 2 ex-paratroopers Alexander Naidenov and Robert Yashin are accused of murderous assault on Anatoly Chubais. All 3 are taken into custody and acquaint with materials of criminal case. Meanwhile, some suspects of crime are still in search, including son of Kvachkov.
