All Russian fishing internet club "Rusfishing.ru" has announced the annual fishing festival "Battle of Penguins 2006" is to be held near Moscow in water area of Tsimlyanskoye reservoir. The Festival is to gather ice-fishing addicts, who are dearly called Penguins by people.

The festival organizers declare that the aim of the event is meeting of ice-fishers, popularization of civilized fishing and careful attitude to nature. There is a traditional competition on ice-fishing on the Festival`s program.

A special prize will be given for the biggest fish. There are going to be a contest among the most active fishermen, the fastest hole driller. Anyone may participate. It is free of charge.
