European commission has urged Teheran to accept Russian plan suggesting uranium enrichment for Iran in Russia. Such an agreement may prevent transferring Iranian nuclear file to the UN Security Council.

"The door keeps open for problem solving by means of negotiation", said the member of European Commission Franco Frattini speaking at the European Parliament. Russian proposal to enrich uranium beyond Iran boarders stays at the bargaining table and must be carefully studied".

According to him, "if Iran suspends his activity on uranium enrichment, and accepts Russian proposal, appeal to the UN Security Council will probably be not needed"
